The Interim Report (or mid-term report) will outline any damages or changes in the condition of the property’s fixtures and fittings midway through the tenancy.
An Interim Report can highlight any potential liabilities that they may be responsible for before check-out, as well as highlighting any maintenance issues the tenant has not yet reported. By dealing with any issues early on, the landlord and tenant can take the necessary steps to resolve matters before the tenants check-out.
